This is the end of session reminder to complete your Isocapnic App Work Session – remember the steps below when doing the exercises.

  • Low breathing rate. No more then 10 minute sessions and max 30 Breathes per minute
  • 90% of perceived depth. Meaning, breath as deep as you can (to what feels like 90% capacity).
  • Exaggeration of how you would breathe while exercising – put an emphasis on really breathing deeply into your belly first, ribs and then chest (bottom up).
