Each session remember to complete your Isocapnic App Work Session – as always we will add a prompt at the end of each week to remind you and give you an opportunity to comment on the session.
Things to remember when doing your breathing session:
- Low breathing rate no more then 10 minute sessions and max 30BR
- This SESSION will include POWER training!!! VERY IMPORTANT that when you see 12 Breathing Rate, you now breathe in 100% hard fast inhale and LONG 3-5 seconds EXHALE like you would do for your Spirometer Assessment. 110% max effort when you see 12 Breathing Rate
- 90% of perceived depth so nice and deep
- Exaggeration of how you would breathe while exercising
